Ted joins our Litigation Group and combines his keen ability to craft brilliant strategies with significant trial experience to produce successful resolutions in commercial litigation. He focuses his practice on matters representing businesses in complex and commercial litigation, business legal risk management, insurance coverage, product liability, professional liability defense, and from construction defects to workplace intentional tort to wrongful death actions. He has experience litigating trademark infringement, cybersquatting, trade secret and unfair competition claims, and disputes between owners in closely held entities.
Ted is licensed to practice law in Ohio, and is admitted to the United States Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit, and the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio.
Raj is an Associate in the Business Law group at Schneider Smeltz Spieth Bell LLP. He focuses his practice in business formation, business succession, commercial contracting and mergers and acquisitions matters. Raj has experience in a range of legal areas including tax, litigation, healthcare, intellectual property, estate planning, real estate commercial transactions and leasing, and cybersecurity.
Raj earned his JD from the Cleveland State University College of Law and his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from John Carroll University, receiving Dean’s List Honors from both institutions.
