Schneider Smeltz Spieth Bell LLP (SSSB) is pleased to announce that James Gianfagna has joined the firm’s Business practice group as an Associate Attorney. Gianfagna concentrates his practice in the areas of, Commercial Contracting, Corporate and LLC Law, Employment Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Real Estate Law.
Gianfagna received his J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, graduating cum laude in 2015. During his graduate career, he served as the Executive Editor for the Cleveland State Law Review and was President of the Student Bar Association. He earned both a B.A. Italian, magna cum laude, and a B.A. Political Science, magna cum laude, in 2011 from The Ohio State University. Jim currently resides in the Tremont neighborhood and enjoys food, sports, and travel in his free time.
