Ohio House Civil Justice Committee - On Tuesday, May 10, 2022, Schneider Smeltz Spieth Bell partner, Alex Campbell, testified as the Chair of the Nonprofit Corporations Subcommittee of the Ohio State Bar Association’s Corporation Law Committee. His testimony was in support of HB 556, which seeks to update Chapters 1702 (Nonprofit Corporation Law) and 1745 (Uniform Unincorporated Nonprofit Association Act) of the Ohio Revised Code.
