News Alert: On March 22, 2022, Okta confirmed that it had experienced a data breach caused by a hacking group known as Lapsus$, which potentially affected as many as 366 Okta customers. As a result, several hundred investors of Okta, Inc. may have been monetarily damaged by Okta’s stock price dropping dramatically from $148.55 per share on or about March 23, 2022, due to potential securities fraud and/or other unlawful business practices by Okta, Inc.
