Jim Havach recently presented on all aspects of deeds at the National Business Institute (NBI) CLE seminar entitled, Handling Real Estate Transactions from Start to Finish.
The focus of the session was Deeds, including their execution, types, recordation, including electronic recording, acknowledgment, effect, and various issues and problems these matters present. The program was well-received by the audience of professionals in attendance.
