Veronica focuses her practice in the areas of probate litigation, administration and estate planning. She provides representation in probate and trust disputes involving will contests, charges of undue influence, breach of fiduciary duty actions, and other potential issues that can complicate the settling of an estate or trust. She advises fiduciaries and families in guardianship, trust and estate administrations. Veronica is experienced in reviewing, designing and implementing tailored estate plans for clients. She also counsels clients on corporate matters, entity structure and formation, real estate issues and contract negotiations.
Veronica’s experience as a law clerk at the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court, Probate Division and the Court of Appeals of Ohio, Eighth Appellate District, has given her a unique insight into the judicial system and advocacy for our clients.
Veronica received her J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, Cleveland State University, in 2015. She is licensed to practice in the state of Ohio and the U.S. District Court, Northern and Southern Districts.
