Kyle is an associate in the firm’s Trusts & Estates practice group. His experience involves assisting clients with net worths ranging from $50,000 to clients with federally taxable estates. Kyle has experience drafting a myriad of estate planning documents, from pour over wills and revocable living trusts to more nuanced documents like ILITs, charitable trusts, and private foundations. Kyle is also very active in the firm’s asset protection practice, and has experience using Domestic Asset Protections Trusts (DAPTs) and LLCs to help small business owners and physicians. Kyle has been published in Crain’s Cleveland Business regarding the use of Domestic Asset Protection Trusts, and is a contributor on the firm’s asset protection blog regarding various local and national asset protection topics.
Kyle was a first generation college student and graduated magna cum laude from The Ohio State University with a B.A. in Political Science in 2012. He then stayed at Ohio State and earned his JD from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2016.
Kyle is a native of Northeast Ohio, and is an avid Cleveland and Ohio State sports fan.
