Charbel M. Najm is an Associate in the firm’s Business and Real Estate Practice Groups. He concentrates his practice on the areas of real estate, corporate and LLC law, mergers and acquisitions, and contract law.
Charbel received his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, OH in 2022. During his law school years, he externed at The Supreme Court of The State of New York, The U.S. Department of Labor, The Cuyahoga County Law Department, The Cleveland Clinic, and SIG Development Corp. In the course of his employment at The Cleveland Clinic, Charbel was tasked with drafting and developing numerous venture capital financing, shareholder, and regulatory agreements allowing him to hone in on his business acumen with the legal framework required for deriving the best possible outcome for clients. Through the remainder of these experiences, he gained valuable insight into matters ranging from regional commercial real estate transactions to global investment fund disputes.
Prior to law school, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from John Carroll University in Cleveland, OH, summa cum laude, in 2019. Charbel is a proud graduate of Gilmour Academy and continues to be actively involved giving back to the Gilmour community.
