Ashton Bizzarri is an Associate Attorney in the firm’s Trusts & Estates Practice Group. She focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning and trust and estate administration, while also representing clients in trust and estate litigation.
Prior to joining SSSB, Ashton was an Associate Attorney at two Akron law firms, focusing exclusively on estate planning and trust and estate administration. She was also a Trust Officer at Key Private Bank, where she handled trust administrations, which provided her with the knowledge and understanding of a corporate fiduciary’s perspective. Ashton was also a Law Clerk at the Summit County Probate Court, which exposed her to the inner workings of the Probate Court.
In 2014, Ashton received her J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law, where she graduated cum laude, in the top 15% of her class. During law school, Ashton served on the Akron Law Review, where she was Assistant Editor for the Constitutional Law Journal and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award (highest grade) in the following areas: Wills, Trusts, and Estates II; Civil Procedure II; Civil Procedure I; and Constitutional Law. Prior to law school, Ashton earned her undergraduate degree at Kent State University, where she graduated summa cum laude, with a major in Psychology and two minors: Business Administration and Criminal Justice.
