Ashton E. M. Bizzarri is an Associate Attorney in the firm’s Trusts & Estates Practice Group. Ashton focuses her practice in the areas of Estate Planning and Trust and Estate Administration. She also represents clients in Trust and Estate Litigation.
Prior to joining Schneider Smeltz Spieth Bell LLP, Ashton was an Associate Attorney at two Akron law firms, focusing exclusively on estate planning and trust and estate administration. She was a Trust Officer at Key Private Bank, where she handled trust administrations. Ashton was also a Law Clerk at the Summit County Probate Court. Ashton’s prior work experience enhanced her drafting skills, increased her attention to detail, and exposed her to the inner workings of the Probate Court and developed her understanding of its perspective.
Ashton received her J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law, where she graduated cum laude and in the top 15% of her class in 2014. During her law school career, Ashton served on Akron Law Review, where she was Assistant Editor for the Constitutional Law Journal and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award® (highest grade) in the following areas: Wills, Trusts, and Estates II, Civil Procedure II, Civil Procedure I, and Constitutional Law. Ashton earned her undergraduate degree at Kent State University, where she graduated summa cum laude in 2010, and majored in Psychology and received two minors, in Business Administration and Criminal Justice.
