Corporate Attorney

Schneider Smeltz Spieth Bell LLP, a Cleveland, Ohio based law firm, providing services throughout Ohio and Nationwide, is immediately looking to hire an experienced Corporate Attorney to join our growing Corporate practice.

An ideal candidate will have 5+ years in practice with experience in complex corporate matters, M&A and other sophisticated transactional work, real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and development, and/or has provided outside General Counsel services to business clients.

As a mid-sized firm without the rigid hierarchy found in larger firms, we provide young lawyers with the opportunity to work with more senior lawyers, and to interact directly with clients. Each associate controls his or her own schedule and must practice time management in order to complete all projects.
